Areas of Practice
Patrick P. Dinardo is a partner in the Litigation Department and the leader of the firm’s Bankruptcy/Creditors’ Rights Practice Group in our Boston office. Mr. Dinardo focuses on business litigation and bankruptcy issues. He has over 24 years’ experience representing debtors, creditors’ committees and trustees in bankruptcy matters, as well as various parties in complex contract disputes and real estate-related litigation. He advises clients on bankruptcy and creditors’ rights issues, including asset purchases in and out of Bankruptcy Court, and he regularly appears in State and Federal Court on real estate disputes and other commercial litigation. Mr. Dinardo is work broker for the firm’s Litigation Department and an active member of the firm’s Associate Evaluation Committee.
