AreasĀ of Practice Michael M. Davis has been a tax partner in the Boston office of ZAG/S&W LLP for more than thirty-five years. He concentrates his practice in income tax and estate planning, particularly for owners of closely-held businesses and real estate and holders of substantial liquid assets. He counsels numerous corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies, and he has established grantor retained annuity trusts for clients with substantial holdings of real estate and S corporation stock. He has written and lectured extensively on a variety of tax topics including presentations to the Federal Tax Institute of New England and the American Law Institute-American Bar Association.
