Ameek Ashok Ponda is a partner and the director of ZAG/S&W’s Tax Department in our Boston office. He concentrates his practice in structuring corporate mergers and acquisitions, advising emerging companies on financing and business issues, designing REIT transactions and financial instruments, and working on crossborder financings and acquisitions.
