Areas of Practice Hugh P. Finnegan is a partner and the co-director of the Real Estate Department. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Finnegan was a partner in the New York law firm of Siller Wilk LLP. He has over 25 years of experience as a real estate attorney with particular expertise in the following areas: commercial real financings (acquisitions, bridge, construction, project and mezzanine), loan restructurings and workouts, representing lenders and borrowers; sales and acquisitions of undeveloped and developed properties, including so-called "Green" developments; representing landlords and tenants in leasing transactions for offices, warehouses, shopping centers, restaurants and other retail users; and construction matters.
