Mr. Shy Baranov is a partner and works from the firm`s Boston office.
Mr. Baranov specializes in U.S. and Israeli corporate securities law, and employee incentive programs. Mr. Baranov counsels corporations, particularly hi-tech companies, in all stages of development, from establishment through aspects of a company’s life, including employing law issues, mergers and acquisitions, and all the way to their public offerings and after. In addition, Mr. Baranov has extensive experience in representing and advising investors, entrepreneurs, and scientists in the field of hi-tech and bio- tech.
