Mr. Har- Even is a managing partner of ZAG/S&W.
Mr. Har- Even works at the New York office of ZAG/S&W offices and coordinates the legal services provided to Israeli clients in the U.S. Mr. Har- Even specializes in U.S. and Israeli corporate and securities laws, real estate, and has business experience in financing and establishing hi-tech enterprises. Mr. Har- Even also assists Israeli and other companies traded on U.S. stock exchanges in all aspects of raising capital, mergers and acquisitions, and routine reports to the SEC and the stock exchange.
Mr. Har- Even has vast legal and corporate experience advising Chinese companies in connection with mergers, acquisitions and raising capital on U.S. markets, and has assisted Israeli companies interested in operating in China. |
