Mr. Yonatan Mogle is a partner and manages the firm’s Rosh Pina office .
Mr. Mogle specializes in all legal aspects of civil law - commercial law, litigation, debt collection, real estate, and banking.
Mr. Mogle is a prominent expert in managing large-scale collection actions primarily for institutional clients, and has vast experience in managing lawsuits and legal procedures in all instances of the Israeli jurisprudence system. In addition, Mr. Mogel has vast experience in representing mortgage banks, specializing in the liquidation and sale of real estate properties in connection with foreclosure procedures.
Mr. Mogle serves as a referre of the Israel Bar Association’s Disciplinary Court, Northern District.
