Mr. Estline is a partner and manages the firm’s U.S. Law practice.

From 1999 through the end of  2008, Mr. Estline practiced as a corporate and securities lawyer in the USA, where since 2001, has managed the Israeli practice at the offices of ZAG/S&W in New York.

Mr. Estline specializes in U.S. corporate law and securities law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, private placements, and public offerings. He counsels both public and private companies involved in equity and debt financings and ongoing corporate governance and disclosure matters, stock exchange listing standards and Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance. Mr. Estline focuses and has substantial experience in advising Israeli and foreign corporations and entrepreneurs that seek to establish their business in the USA, through affiliations, acquisition of U.S. companies, partnerships,joint ventures, or listing their stock on a U.S. Stock Exchange. Mr. Estline represents many technology companies as well as "traditional Industry" companies, including many companies owend by Kibbutzim.
