Dr. Shanan is a partner and head of the firm’s tax practice.
Dr. Shanan specializes in international income tax issues as well as in U.S. federal income tax and domestic tax issues.
Before joining the firm, Dr. Shanan practiced law for several years at Skadden Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in NY and gained considerable experience in representing multinational corporations and financial institutions.
Dr. Shanan lectures in taxation at the College of Management and co-authored several articles on taxation.
