Mr. Itzhak (Zachi) Zach is a partner in the firm’s Hi-tech group.
Mr. Zach’s practice focuses on the representation of venture capital funds and emerging growth companies in M&A transactions, "growth equity" and later-stage financings, venture lending and other private equity transactions. Mr. Zach works with both private and public companies in various fields, including software and internet, gaming industry, life sciences and electronics, and provides them with day-to-day consultation in various areas of the law, including corporate law, intellectual property protection, licensing, labor law and other commercial matters. |
